Chennai OSC Recruitment Educational Qualifications :
- Case Worker: Applicants must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling Psychology, or Development Management, along with a minimum of one year of experience working on issues related to violence against women in an administrative setup with government or non-government programs or projects. Preference will be given to candidates with at least one year of counseling experience, either within or outside the same setup. Only women applicants may apply. Since the OSC operates 24/7, candidates must be willing to work in three shifts. The applicant must be a native of Chennai.
- Security Guard: Candidates should have at least an 8th-grade education (10th grade failed). As the OSC operates 24/7, applicants must be willing to work in three shifts. The applicant must be a native of Chennai.
- Multi-Purpose Helper: Candidates should have completed at least the 8th grade (10th grade failed). As the OSC operates 24/7, applicants must be willing to work in three shifts. The applicant must be a native of Chennai.
- Nationality: Indian citizenship
- Age Limit: 21 to 40 year.
